Bumby hump day Lulu Roundup.

Alrighty...This Wednesday is going to be a serious bumpy hump day. The market will be a wild ride after closing at under 11,000 for the first time in two years. Bernanke is gloomy. Bush is "Optimistic" (which is nuts). Crude oil dropped the most in more than a decade yesterday.

The Chicago Tribune's editor Anne Marie Lipinski resigned. The AL won AGAIN at the historic All Star game in Yankee Stadium, so the Cubs won't get home field advantage if they get to the World Series. Iran and a US are talking Nuclear energy. All of it really matters, but in typical Lulu mismatching of relevancy...The top 10 of So You Think You Can Dance! is on tonight, as well as Season 5 of Project Runway!!! It's the little things, especially when all the "big" things are going awry.

As always when everything else seems bleak; I challenge you and myself to send some good energy into the great abysmal space between the carnage of our economy and the ripple effect it is having all over the homes near us all. In the very least let's be nice today. Devote your yoga practice to someone or group you love. Set an intention to be verbally grateful at least once an hour today. Be attentive to your children, or your best friends.

Find the small things to smile about today and just be. Yippee.
